Most industrial plants have countless data sources about devices, machines, constructions in their own plant. Most often they are either ERP systems or many separate Microsoft Excel documents. Access to this data is also difficult. Our solution allows you to integrate all, various, sources of knowledge into one coherent platform to which both persons responsible for coordinating given areas and employees have access, who often need this information. Importantly, these data can be expanded both through internal operations and e.g. when purchasing new equipment / installations by providing this data from suppliers.

Documentation in the production plant is very often stored / made available either by ordinary paper documents or by a distributed data set in electronic form (files, CDs, scans). Often access to this information during ongoing critical remedial work is limited. The AMAGE system facilitates access to this data and its cataloging / searching. A key aspect when carrying out maintenance work is the speed of access to information. Creating the structure of a production plant, the AMAGE system allows simultaneous generation of unique identifiers in the form of 2D codes or RFID tags even to the most difficult areas. Modules supporting on-site inventory works using mobile devices and working in offline mode simplify and accelerate all work that allows you to build an efficient knowledge base, but also speed up all other work performed using the AMAGE system.

Service events

The registration of production parameters, energy generation, consumption of chemical agents and performance parameters are necessary for the correct organization of the plant's work. Monitoring of energy production

The plant for thermal transformation of municipal waste generates significant amounts of heat and electricity. Using our solution, users receive data visualization systems for the dispatch but also analytical data for employees responsible for sales and administration of the entire plant. The teams responsible for the area of compliance of the plant's work with the issued Integrated Permission receive a tool to manage all information in one place. Formal reports

By integrating a lot of information from maintenance systems, production systems, DCS systems and own process data, the AMAGE system allows you to automate many reporting activities. Through data resulting from the Integrated Permission and data on energy generation and consumption in the plant, we can automatically generate a number of formal reports required for submission to external units. Reports for the Energy Market Agency (ARE) are generated automatically on the basis of own production and a set of data on electric settlement areas inside the plant. Environmental reports resulting from the Integrated Permission rules allow for quick and efficient management of these areas while streamlining and coordinating the input of all source information.
